In cleaning terms it works like this:

1 & 2. Transforming 

Plain water enters a chamber where it is given a slight electrical charge.  The water is electrolyzed using principles of physics.

The charged water passes through an ion exchange membrane, creating an oxygen-rich mixture of positive and negatively charged nanobubbles. (For cleaning)  

Before the water leaves the nozzle a slight electrical field is applied. (For Sanitising)

3. Cleaning
After hitting the surface, the ionized water now breaks apart dirt and lifts it from the surface like a magnet, enabling it to be easily wiped away.

4. Germ killing
When used as directed, the low-level electrical field ruptures 99.9% of germ cell walls using another physics based science -electroporation

5. Zero residual
After about 45 seconds, the charged water reverts back to plain water. There is no sticky residual left, meaning that cleaned surfaces stay cleaner for longer.
