We have become aware that Activeion Cleaning Solutions LLC, the manufacturers and warrantors of the ionator HOM and ionator EXP, have discontinued commercial operations effective April 18, 2012. We received no communication that this was imminent and are saddened by the news.

Activeion Cleaning Solutions LLC state this is due to not achieving commercial viability in their three years of operation.

There is information that warranty service from the US will still be provided whilst remaining inventory is available and we encourage you to contact us on 1300 466493 or email info@activeion.com.au should you require any further information or assistance.
